FAQ

1. How much is shipping for US orders?

Standard shipping and returns are always FREE within the US. We also offer express shipping options, and these shipping rates can be viewed at checkout. 

2. How much is shipping for International orders?

International shipping rates are viewable at checkout after entering in your full shipping address. 

Please note for international orders the receiver is responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by their country's customs.

3. When will my US order arrive?

If you are in the US, orders placed with free standard shipping service will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Any orders placed with expedited shipping will be shipped out within 1 business day.
  • Free Standard Shipping: 2 to 5 business days
  • USPS Priority: 1 to 3 business days
  • Due to a high volume of orders during our sales, please allow 4-5 business days for processing. 
  • For prescription items, please anticipate a processing and shipping time frame of 10-15 business days.

Please note that we are a small team that takes the weekends off! If you place an order over the weekend, we fulfill orders and ship on the following workday. 

4. When will my International order arrive?

If you are international, orders placed with standard shipping service will be shipped out within 1-3 business days while orders placed with expedited shipping will be shipped out within 1 business day. 

Due to a high volume of orders during our sales, please allow 4-5 business days for processing. 

Arrival times depend on the shipping service ordered and destination address. 

  • Standard Shipping: estimated arrival times viewable at checkout 

  • Priority Shipping: estimated arrival times viewable at checkout

  • For prescription items, please anticipate a processing and shipping time frame of 10-15 business days.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been picked-up by a carrier and is in transit. This will include a tracking number and instructions on how to check the status of your order. 

6. What is your US return process?

To initiate your return, please use our US returns site at https://Bonnie-Clyde-la.loopreturns.com

Once we receive your return package, we'll take up to 7 business days to inspect all items in your order to ensure everything was returned in new condition, including the soft white pillow-shaped eyeglass case + pillow case sleeve that doubles as a lens cloth + purple hardshell box.

You should then see an automated email confirming approval of your return and a refund to your original payment method 3-5 business days after.

7. What is your US return policy?

All ordered or pre-ordered items purchased in the US that (1) aren't final sale and (2) are returned with everything in new condition, can be returned within 30 days of their delivery date for a full refund and/or store credit, (3) minus a 20% restocking fee if your order total is equal to or greater than $1,000.

FINAL SALE items are: prescription products, sale products, and service fees (expedite shipping fees, lens replacement fees, etc.). 

Because prescription products are final sale, we encourage you to buy our frames without prescription lenses first to ensure you like them before adding prescription lenses. 

NEW CONDITION means all products arrive back to us in the same new condition as received - without scratches, makeup debris, tears, or stains on the glasses, soft white pillow-shaped eyeglass case, purple pillow case sleeve, or purple hardshell box. 

8. What is your International return process?

To initiate your international return, please (1) email support@bonnieclyde.la, then (2) pack your glasses back in the original packaging, and (3) arrange for return shipping to:

11. What is your US exchange policy?

12. What is your International exchange process?

14. Do my Bonnie Clyde® Sunglasses come with a warranty?

All Bonnie Clyde® Eyewear comes with a one-year manufacturer warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturer defects but does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or negligence.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must:

  1. Submit clear photos of the defect for our review.
  2. Return the defective sunglasses to us using the prepaid shipping label we provide.

Once the defective glasses are received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement (if the item is in stock). Free standard shipping applies to all US warranty replacements.

For warranty claims, please contact support@bonnieclyde.la with your order details and photos of the defect.

We thoroughly inspect all glasses before shipping, but in the rare event that a defect is found, we’re happy to make it right.

15. Can I get a price adjustment if I purchase an item before it goes on sale?

Yes! If you purchase an item and it goes on sale within 30 days of your original purchase date, we will happily adjust the price to match the sale price. To request a price adjustment, please contact support@bonnieclyde.la with your order number and the details of the price difference. Please note that the price adjustment is only valid for the same style in the same color. Once an order has been price matched to the sale price, it is final sale.

16. Do your optical lenses filter blue light?

Yes! We used to offer an older blue light filtering technology in our optical lenses. After seeing helpful customer feedback, with most people unhappy that the lenses showed a blue-tinted "smear" visible in certain lighting conditions and angles,  we switched to providing a blue light filtering technology that's mostly invisible. 

The blue light filtering technology works in both our older and newer lenses, it's just not detectable with the new lenses.

17. Do your prescription lenses filter blue light? 

Yes! We used to offer an older blue light filtering technology in our prescription lenses. After seeing helpful customer feedback, with most people unhappy that prescription lenses showed a blue-tinted "smear" visible in certain lighting conditions and angles, we switched to providing a blue light filtering technology that's mostly invisible except for a greenish cast. You might also see some blue hues when in certain lighting conditions and angles, but it's much less noticeable than with our older blue light filter. 

For those interested in technical details, our new blue light filtering technology blocks up to 98% of HEV blue light in the 415nm to 435nm range. This percentage changes depending on different variables including your RX strength.
