International Returns and Exchanges

Not feeling your Bonnie Clyde's? Don't worry, all eligible international orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery! 

International Returns and Exchanges Process

To initiate your international return or exchange, please (1) email support@bonnieclyde.la with your order number and, if exchanging, the glasses style/color you'd like to exchange for, then (2) pack your purchased glasses back in the original packaging, and (3) pay for return shipping to the address below, calling attention to the International Returns or International Exchanges team as appropriate

Once we receive your return package, we'll take up to 7 business days to inspect all items in your order to ensure everything was returned in new condition (including the soft white pillow-shaped eyeglass case + purple pillow case sleeve that doubles as a lens cloth + purple hardshell box), and ship out the glasses you want to exchange for following receipt of complete payment if applicable. 

You should then see an automated email confirming approval of your returned items and, as applicable, either a refund to your original payment method 3-5 business days after or an invoice requesting additional payment for the exchanged item(s). 

International Returns and Exchanges Policy

All items purchased from Bonnie Clyde for international delivery that (1) are not final sale and (2) are returned with everything in new condition, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of their delivery date for another product, a refund, and/or store credit, (3) minus a 20% restocking fee if your return total is equal to or greater than $1,000, and (4) plus the original shipping fee and taxes you paid to receive the order. Note we do not refund shipping fees you pay to return your order as this would be a purchase made outside of Bonnie Clyde.

If the item(s) you want to exchange for amount to less than your original order, you'll receive a refund. If the item(s) you want total more than your original order, we'll invoice you to pay the difference. 

FINAL SALE items are: prescription products, sale products, and service fees (expedite shipping fees, lens replacement fees, etc.). 

Because prescription products are final sale, we encourage you to buy our frames without prescription lenses first to ensure you like them before adding prescription lenses. 

NEW CONDITION means all products arrive back to us in the same new condition as received - without scratches, makeup debris, tears, or stains on the glasses, soft white pillow-shaped eyeglass case, purple pillow case sleeve, or purple hardshell box.
