Returns and Exchanges
Not feeling your Bonnie Clyde's? Don't worry, all domestic orders have free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase! You can process your return by following the link below, or you may contact us at support@bonnieclyde.la for your return. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be returned in the original packaging that you received and in new condition. The original packaging must have the sunglasses you ordered and all items that it came with in tact. We won't be able to process a return on sunglasses that are used or damaged.
Warranty
All Bonnie Clyde sunglasses come with a one year manufacturer warranty. We also provide free shipping for all domestic orders.
Exchanges
Here at Bonnie Clyde, we encourage exchanges if you have any issues with the style you purchased. If you would like to exchange a certain style, send us an email at support@bonnieclyde.la for a return label. Once we receive your sunglasses, we'll ship out the replacement. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
