Returns, Exchange & Shipping
All orders are eligible for Returns & Exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Don't worry, all eligible international orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery!
Please note we are unable to offer free shipping for Returns and Exchanges for International Orders. You will be responsible for Return shipping costs.
To initiate your international return or exchange, please:
- Email support@bonnieclyde.la with your order number and, if exchanging, the glasses style/color you'd like to exchange for
- Pack your purchased glasses back in the original packaging
- Pay for your return shipping to the address below:

4. Please mark as "returned goods" and declare the package for $10 USD. This helps us avoid paying duty fees to receive your return.
Once we receive your return package, we'll take up to 7 business days to inspect all items in your order to ensure everything was returned in new condition including:
- (1) White pillow-shaped eyeglass case
- (1) Purple pillow case sleeve that doubles as a lens cloth
- (1) Purple hardshell box
- (1) New, unworn glasses
You should then see an automated email confirming approval of your returned items and, as applicable, either a refund to your original payment method 3-5 business days after or an invoice requesting additional payment for the exchanged item(s).
For international orders, all applicable duties, taxes, and VAT are calculated and paid at checkout.
There are no additional customs charges or fees due upon delivery.
The price you see at checkout is the final price—your order will be delivered without surprise fees, payment requests, or delays caused by customs clearance.
About My Order
Sometimes shipping carriers update their delivery status ahead of time and so we advise customers to do the following:
- Wait a few days for the package to show up.
- Check with neighbors to see if the delivery was dropped off at the wrong address
You can reach out to the carrier to ask where the missing package is and in the case of theft, they have the funds to be able to insure your loss. (We've reached out to carriers on behalf of customers, and they've told us that they need to speak with the package recipient)
If contacting your Carrier is unsuccessful, please contact us with your Order Number to request a Replacement with Signature Confirmation.
If your order has been fulfilled, we kindly ask that you wait until the order is delivered and request an Exchange using our Returns Portal.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able to change your order. Please e-mail us with your:

We'll provide tracking details once your glasses have shipped.
We thoroughly inspect all glasses before shipping them to you or providing them for sale in our retail store, but in the rare event that a defect is found, we’re happy to make it right.
All Bonnie Clyde® Eyewear comes with a one-year manufacturer warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturer defects but does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, negligence, or changes made by a third-party such as adjustments or addition of prescription lenses made at your optometrist’s office.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must:
- Provide your Bonnie Clyde order number (or receipt from the third-party store where you purchased your Bonnie Clyde glasses)
- Submit clear photos and descriptions of the defect
- Return the defective glasses to us using the prepaid shipping label we provide (or, if you’re international, pay for your own return shipping and send us the receipt for reimbursement)
Once the defective glasses are received and inspected, we will process your refund or, if the item is in stock, ship a replacement to you for free.
Optical & Prescription
Option A — Drop-off In-Store
You may bring your Prescription and drop them off at our LA flagship store (1010 S. Olive St. Los Angeles, 90015). We are open Tuesday to Sunday 11am-6pm.
Option B — By Mail
Please send us an e-mail with:
- Your Order Number
- Lens type choice
- Prescription with pupillary distance (PD).
If you do not see PD on your prescription form, you can measure your PD in 2 minutes using a mobile app here—it's free!
Prescription Lens Options
We offer 3 lens types depending on the power of your prescription:
- $250 for Digitally Enhanced Rx for mild prescriptions up to + or - 4.0
- $300 for Advanced 1.67 High-Index for mid prescriptions up to + or - 6.0
- $350 Premium 1.74 High Index Rx for strong prescriptions up to +10 or -12.5
All of our glasses come with a one-year manufacturer warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include damages from normal wear and tear.
We recommend checking with your vision insurance provider to see if purchases for our prescriptions are covered. We don’t reimburse or provide anything on our end unless your insurance requires an itemized receipt, which we’d be happy to provide.

Yes, you are able to return the glasses to have them fixed:
Option A — Check With Your Optometrist
Check with your optometrist if they have your OC (ocular center) height measurements, and include this number with your return.
Option B — Measure Your OC Height yourself
To properly measure your ocular height, you'll need tape, a marker, your glasses, and someone to assist you. This person's face should be square with yours to ensure an accurate perspective. Put some scotch tape over the lenses on your glasses. As you look straight ahead with your glasses on, they'll need to locate exactly where your pupil is and mark a small horizontal line or dot on the tape at that point, repeating on the other side as well. You can use the flashlight on your phone, or any other type of light, to illuminate the lens, helping your assistant locate the pupil more easily. Leave the tape with the marking on the lens when you return it back to us and our lens lab will be able to interpret this measurement.
