Due to the high volume of shipments at this time, some shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates.
Express shipping options are available at check out. Please note, your express shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
International shipping is also available. Estimated shipping costs are available at checkout. International shipping fees are not refundable. For international returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipping with their own shipping carrier.

General
Yes! The Bonnie Clyde Flagship store is located in Downtown Los Angeles at 1010 S. Olive St. Los Angeles, CA 90015. Please visit us anytime Thursday to Sunday from 11am to 6pm.
We would seriously be dishonoring our families if we sold sunglasses without 100% UV Protection. Please note that the amount of UV protection sunglasses provide is unrelated to the color and darkness of the lenses. For example, a light amber-colored lens can provide the same UV protection as a dark gray lens. Your optician can verify that the lenses you choose provide 100% UV protection.
Thankfully, all of our eyewear can be adjusted to fit! If your acetate or stainless steel frames are too loose, they can be adjusted by gently bending the ear tips downwards and inwards. This should make them tighter and not slide off your face. If this doesn't work, let us know and we can have you send them in to get the temples adjusted for a better fit. If they are too tight, they can be adjusted by flexing the temples outwards. This should make them loose for a more comfortable fit. If your sunglasses still do not fit after making these adjustments, feel free to reach out to support@bonnieclyde.laso that we may adjust the frames for you or process a return/exchange.
All Bonnie Clyde® Eyewear come with a one-year manufacturer warranty from the original date-of-purchase. This guarantee does not cover damages from normal wear and tear, improper use or other negligence. Pictures of defects will need to be submitted as proof in order to qualify for a replacement exchange or refund. Once proof has been submitted, we will provide a shipping label for you to return the defective sunglasses.

While we do check all of our sunglasses thoroughly before we send them out. If by some unfortunate chance, you do find a manufacturer defect that we missed, we will gladly replace them if they are in stock. And of course, free shipping applies to all domestic warranty replacements.

All domestic orders and pre-orders have free returns within 30 days of your order purchased. To initiate your return, please email us at support@bonnieclyde.la.
Please be aware that all optical prescription orders are final sale.
Note that all sales items are final, and returns will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be returned in the original packaging that you received and in new condition. The original packaging must have the sunglasses you ordered and all items that it came with in tact. We won't be able to process a refund on sunglasses that are used or damaged.
Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to process when a return is received in our warehouse. Shipping costs cannot be refunded for customers who have selected express shipping options. For international returns/refunds, the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipping with their own shipping carrier.
Exchanges are no sweat! If you have any issues with the style you purchased. All domestic orders and pre-orders can be returned for free exchanges or store credit within 30 days of your order purchased.

Absolutely. While we can't offer free shipping for these orders, we will make sure you get the sunglasses you want. Just enter in your full address and we will take it from there. Please note for international orders, the receiver is responsible for any applicable duties and taxes imposed by their country's customs.
